Fallout 3 is the much anticipated sequel to the post apocalyptic RPG game series. After a big hassle about the rights to the fallout IP after Interplay went bottom up and cancelled Fallout 3 mid development, Bethesda, the creators of The Elder Scrolls games, picked up the license. Fallout 3 will be a RPG played from the first person perspective, a first for the series but it is the play style bethesda has been perfecting with their immensely popular Elder Scrolls games.
Plus it has Liam Neeson's voice!! :O)
