Some of the best concepts of actual war are all included here in MAG. You can call in a recon UAV to scout out the enemy locations and what toys they are playing with. Anti-aircraft equipped enemies will take out such a mission making such a tactic ineffective, but that's as long as they are a good shot and see you coming.

Taking out bunkers and commanding your squadron is a good tactic to push back your enemies forces. They are somewhat challenging targets, since you need to plant a charge and defend the location without it being disabled. If you assign such a task to your squad, and help them, you get skill points for any action you take that assists the functionally selected objective.

What I can tell is different here is the fact that many of the elements from the likes of an interface like EverQuest are included in MAG. You can do multiple functions with co players. But let me get into that with more detail. Ground warefare, melee attacks, and first person competition is just the tip of the iceberg with Mag. You get a full scale battle, with full sets of squadrons (to complete the 256 players there are four teams in total).
