The latest game from Eidos and Rebellion is Shellshock 2: Blood Trails, a first-person shooter sequel to the third-person shooter made by Killzone dev Guerrilla Games for PS2 and Xbox.
That game wasn't exactly brilliant, but it's often easy to get some sort of enjoyment from an FPS, unless that FPS is Turning Point. Sadly for Shellshock 2, while it's better than the aforementioned alternate reality WW2 FPS, it's only better in the way that we imagine a broken finger is better than a broken hand. You don't really want either. There aren't that many shooters set in Vietnam, so we had hoped for an at least mildly entertaining blast. What we received is a game with wonky controls, terribly bland level design, visuals only just about what you'd expect on the PS2, a complete lack of combat excitement and zombies. We usually love zombies, so the fact that we've pointed them out to be a negative here should speak volumes.

"We always add ANY game guides you need!"
SHELLSHOCK 2: BLOOD TRAILS WALKTHROUGH GUIDE on Xbox 360
SHELLSHOCK 2: BLOOD TRAILS Overview:
ShellShock 2: Blood Trails is a violent, first-person, survival horror game set against the backdrop of the Vietnam War. Gameplay centers on the use of psychological horror and fear, relying on the power of suggestion, mood, tension and foreshadowing - implying the notion of danger, potential danger, imminent danger, and horrifying acts that have or are implied to have occurred or will come to pass. On course for war torn Vietnam, a plane carrying a top-secret cargo known only as Whiteknight is lost over the uncharted jungles of Cambodia. The special ops squad sent in to retrieve it disappear wtihout trace. Until, a month later, one of them walks out. Something in the darkness has driven him insane... Something from the darkness has followed him out.
