Take 2, The Darkness is one of the most hyped games of the
past year. It’s also set to be a delayed one too. Well, at least
for the PS3. Take 2 owned publisher 2K Games’ have
confirmed that the PS3 version of The Darkness has been
delayed, and will now hit UK retail on July 20th. The reason
for the delay remains a mystery, as the region free PS3
version has arrived on time in North America. The 360 UK
release remains unaffected.

The game is based on the Top Cow comic book of the same
name (previews of which you can find in the Art and Comic
Books section of this site). You play Jackie Estacado, a
mafia hitman who undergoes a demonic possession on his
21st birthday.
